• Preparation workpackage (WP1) presents mapping and tracking for baseline indicators. Institutions will receive documents ahead of time to review.

• Virtual Classrooms workpackage (WP3) lead discussion on guidelines for virtual classrooms, tour of HUJI virtual facilities, discussion of equipment relevant to developing virtual classrooms and to IRO office.
• Management (WP6) discusses reporting per workpackage and per institution.
• Follow up discussion on creating association of International officers in Israel.

SUCTI is an Erasmus+ project which aims to empower administrative staff by providing them with knowledge and skills related to their university’s internationalisation process.
Israeli institutions will join this virtual meeting to learn from SUCTI’s work and consider additional collaboration.

Site Visit for Israeli partners: Visit will take place during Pula’s international week. We will see how they arrange the events, tour Campus (with emphasis on international activities/services).

Meetings will focus on :

1) role of IRO,

2) staff trainings,

3) protocols,

4) marketing of campus activities and programs for international students

5) social integration strategies.
-Additionally, based on gaps identified in the IMPI mapping, focus on areas that IL institutions will be developing strategies.

Virtual classrooms Training: Models of virtual classrooms, pedagogical and technological issues, examples from both successful implementation and trouble shooting.

National Meeting: Update from each IL HEI on IaH strategies within the institutions, update on each workpackage, focus in on implementation of QA both for WPs and for institutions specific activities.

-Substantial time will be allotted to WP2, specifically social integration strategies. ESN will have time to visit each institution and work on individual strategies. The national meeting will tie these together and focus on standardization of practice so that we can ensure that we will be able to establish measurements relevant across HEIs and devise best practices.

-Presentation by IRIS (Erasmus+ CBHE on internationalization technological platforms). Dr. Vered Hotzmann will share their learning and outcomes.

-Presentation of analysis of dataset on perceptions of students/faculty on internationalization (survey was done by CHE. WILLIAM will be analyzing in more detail).
