There are many elements to consider in creating a virtual classroom, one of which is determining the optimal physical space and technology capabilities for a collaborative international virtual classroom. Tel Hai College used an interior designer to assist in creating a more welcoming learning environment and also did extensive research on selecting the most appropriate technology equipment so as to create an optimal learning and teaching environment for all.
